Refund Policy

CLS Event & Publication Private Limited values the trust of our participants, speakers, and partners. To maintain transparency, we have outlined the following refund and cancellation policy applicable to our conferences, webinars, and events.

1. Registration Cancellation and Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@clsconf.com (or your official support email).

  • Refund requests are subject to the timeline below:

Cancellation Notice Refund on Conference Fee
Over 150 days before the event 90% refund (10% administrative fee deducted)
149 – 110 days before the event 75% refund
109 – 40 days before the event 50% refund
Less than 40 days before the event No refund

⚠️ Note: Taxes, service charges, and any non-refundable administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to registration fees paid directly to CLS Event & Publication Pvt. Ltd.

  • Discounted or promotional registrations are non-refundable.

  • Substitution of participants is allowed with prior written approval.

3. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of the cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by bank transfer.

  • Any bank or transaction charges will be borne by the participant.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants are entitled to a full refund of the registration fee.

  • If the event is postponed, the registration will be automatically transferred to the new dates. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Accommodation / Hotel Bookings (if applicable)

For participants booking accommodation through our official channels:

94 – 66 days before the event 75% refund
65 – 35 days before the event 60% refund
Less than 35 days before the event No refund

6. Virtual Participation

  • Virtual registrations are non-refundable once access credentials have been shared.

  • Recorded presentations may be accepted if the speaker cannot attend live (to be submitted at least 10 days before the event).

7. Modifications & Updates

  • CLS Event & Publication Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be communicated via the official event website and registered participants will be informed via email.
