| Travel Award Overview | The Neurology Conference 2026 offers travel support to exceptional researchers, clinicians, students, and early-career professionals demonstrating merit and financial need. Awardees can receive up to 400€* for travel expenses. |
| 1. Travel Grant Amount | Grant Value: Up to 400€* Eligible Reimbursable Expenses: Not Covered: Accommodation & registration fees (unless otherwise stated). |
| 2. Eligibility Criteria | Applicants must meet at least one of the following: • Accepted oral or poster presentation • First-time attendee / early-career professional (≤5 years) • Undergraduate/Postgraduate/PhD student • Researcher from low- or middle-income countries • Member of partner scientific societies |
| 3. Application Requirements | Required documents: • Completed Travel Award Application Form • Abstract acceptance proof (if presenting) • Updated CV • Statement of Purpose (≤300 words) • Student ID/enrollment proof (if applicable) |

| 8. Terms & Conditions | • Non-transferable and valid only for Neurology Conference 2026 • Awardee must attend in person • Cancellation voids the award • Fraudulent submissions lead to disqualification • Committee reserves the right to modify or withdraw the program |
